The journey of Doodlewrap Designs
Doodlewrap Designs began its journey approximately 20 years ago when a friend introduced me to the wonderful world of jewellery making. What started with basic beading designs soon blossomed as I taught myself various techniques, including wire wrapping, and working with clay and resin.
Inspired by the Greek Islands
All of my jewellery is lovingly created from my home workspace in Glasgow, United Kingdom. Many of my pieces draw inspiration from my frequent visits to the beautiful Greek Islands, capturing their essence and charm in each unique design. I truly enjoy experimenting with different materials and crafting diverse collections.
Our unique creative process
Our clay pieces are meticulously formed into unique shapes, with prints transferred from paper before being baked. These are then encased in resin to preserve their beauty, add shine, and enhance durability. For our glass pieces, fragments of glass and abalone shell are carefully encased in resin, often leaving some areas slightly textured to maintain their natural feel.
